KR Labs was founded to build transparent and trustworthy technologies in a community where people can feel safe, included, and inspired to do their best work.
We are passionate about learning and teaching. We believe in the power of educating ourselves and educating each other. We are building a team where everyone is a student and everyone is a teacher. We work to create learning and teaching opportunities for ourselves, our partners, our users, our communities, and the general public.
We believe in the power of kindness and compassion. No challenge or opportunity — whether in technology, research, or business — should risk the emotional safety and mental health of our team. Gábor Recski
Co-founder, Chief Scientist
Co-founder of KR Labs, researcher at TU Wien Informatics. Computational linguist working on symbolic and hybrid models of natural language semantics. Co-author of 50+ peer-reviewed publications and supervisor of 40+ thesis projects at TU Wien and TU Budapest.
István Boros
Chief Operating Officer
COO of KR Labs. Joined in 2026 after senior AI leadership roles at Zenitech and Szallas Group. A senior engineer in his own right; bridges the technology and the commercial path.
Andrea Kovács
Founder Associate
Founder Associate at KR Labs. Holds the reins on legal and operational matters across Budapest and Vienna. Degrees in law and psychology, certified mediator.
